What people told us:
“Not particularly easy to get to seating if it’s in the tiers. Steps are steep and shallow. Seats on west and east tiers are literally panels of plastic on plaster bleachers, north and south tiers are also quite hard plastic. Not at all comfortable. Especially if you have lower back pain issues. Disabled loos are right at the front of the building which is no good if you’re not great at stairs or distance, particularly if you gotta go.
Security let me queue jump as on crutches. I’d already been queuing for an hour at that point and was very tired physically.”
“Crystal Palace Sports Centre has seating so cramped it made me feel claustrophobic and I nearly had to leave”
“Crystal Palace National Sports Centre has tiered seats that are completely unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues or chronic pain. Even as someone able-bodied they were agony after about 15 minutes!”
